Hello! My name is Emily Sharpe and I am a student at Appalachian State University, but I am a Tarheel born and bred. Since both of my parents attended UNC Chapel Hill, I grew up going to Carolina basketball games.  March Madness is my favorite time of the year and I take the UNC/Duke Rivalry very seriously. As I cheer on the Tarheels from on top of the mountain, I am pursuing a degree in Electronic Media and Broadcasting with a minor in Marketing. I would love to have a career centered around college basketball as a sports reporter or sports marketer.
